Alicia
Orthodontic Assistant
Alicia starting working at ARCH in June of 2012. She assists the doctors
in procedures and prepares for procedures with a welcoming smile to all
patients. Alicia loves the fact that in two years of working on
a patient, we can see the progress and final smile that was achieved. She
enjoys working with patients of all ages, and finds it rewarding to work
together to achieve a great smile. Alicia loves running and staying
active. She enjoys reading books and spending time in Maine with her family.
She has also been studying for the DAT's (Dental Assessment Test), and
hopefully someday will have the opportunity to work as a doctor in one of our 9
offices.
Amanda
Scheduling Coordinator
I am one of the smiling faces you see when you come to your appointment. Part
of my job is to help you with anything you need. Whether it's answering your
phone call, making/rescheduling your appointment, or answering any questions
you may have. I am more than happy to help. The Doctors, Assistants, Treatment
and Financial coordinators as well as my fellow Scheduling coordinators have
welcomed me in and even though I've only been here at ARCH for a little
over a month, I already I feel like part of the family. I love coming to
work and seeing the progress each patient makes from visit to visit, it's
incredible! I was born and raised in Fall River, MA. I like to spend time
with my family and friends, without them I don't know where I would
be. Every year I help put on the Annual Officer Thomas J Giunta Road Race,
which was put into place after my Uncle Tom was killed in the line of duty in
1994. The race proceeds create scholarships for people of all ages to continue
their education. Remember to always brush and floss!!
Amanda
Orthodontic Assistant
I have been in the field of
Orthodontics for over 8 years. I enjoy assisting the doctors with orthodontic
procedures and working with a great team of people. It's a wonderful experience
to watch how we can improve peoples' smiles. I really enjoy working with
patients, connecting with them, and learning new things every day. In my spare
time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, exercising, watching movies, and
exploring the outdoors.

Ana
Financial Coordinator
My job consists of answering phones, scheduling patients and greeting patients
with a smile. This is my first time working in the field of Orthodontics, but I
have worked in the medical field for 3 years in the past. I joined ARCH in June
2011 (and got braces put on in Sept 2011). My favorite thing about Orthodontics
is the end result - seeing the before and after smiles and how happy our
patients are. What I enjoy most about working with patients is the interaction;
hearing their questions, comments concerns and doing what I can to help them.
Our patients make a difference in my life. By seeing them happy and smiling
turns a bad day into a good day for me. I LOVE working with my team. This
is the first job I've had (and Ive worked in many), that it feels like a FAMILY
rather than co-workers. My profession means a sense of pride and knowing I
contribute to creating a Beautiful Smile and in a lot of cases including
myself. I also help create self CONFIDENCE and that will stay with them for the
rest of their lives. I was born and Raised in Brockton, MA. I have a 2 year old
daughter Zoe who is the air I breathe everyday. I wake up everyday and
come to work because of HER!!!
Angelena
Orthodontic Assistant
My duties include assisting the
doctors, pouring models, ordering products for office, and helping patients
with taking care of their braces and oral hygiene. I've been in the Orthodontic
field for over 2 years. My aunt, Lauren Giles, used to work for Dr. Chase and
Dr. Chavez and I saw how much she loved her work and how great they treated
their staff, so it inspired me to go into the field. I love working in
Orthodontics because you work more independently and I love working with
children. My outgoing personality undeniably helps me to communicate important
treatment information with patients. I work in the Randolph office and I
love working with Dr. Hughes. My goal as an Orthodontic Assistant is to help
create great smiles everyday and help kids realize how important it is to brush
and floss!
Andrea
Bookkeeper / Financial Coordinator
As Bookkeeper for ARCH, I
have the responsibility of all aspects of the financial recordkeeping for our
practice. Since I started in this position, I have had this wonderful
opportunity to work with an amazing team of doctors, and professional and
administrative associates who are among the most helpful people I have worked
with in my over 20 years of experience. Although financial work is
somewhat standard, the exposure I have to the field of orthodontics is so
interesting to me. As Financial Coordinator, I often communicate with
parents to assist them in being sure that the financial aspect of their
children's treatment runs smoothly. Seeing the progress and the resulting
smiles of both parents and children are great rewards for us. My husband, Tony,
and I chose ARCH to provide orthodontic services for the two youngest of our
six children, Alex and Shannon. We could not be happier with the care and
concern they have had during their treatment. We have lived in Canton for
15 years, and were so fortunate when ARCH opened the office right across from
the town hall. My children can walk to their appointments right after school,
often meeting up with many of their friends and classmates who are also
patients. We are fortunate here in Canton to have a wonderful Performing
Arts department in our schools. Both of my children have learned music theory
and performance since the early grades. Luckily, I have always been the best
spectator around! The concerts and shows that we have been privileged to see
have been amazing. Since 2002, we have participated in the Canton
Community Theatre, both of them having performed in many musicals, even I
joined them in one, but only one! My best role is as a volunteer at the ticket
and refreshment tables! The team at ARCH are very supportive and interested in
the Arts, you will often see our logo as a sponsor in their programs.
Beckie
Insurance Coordinator
I am the person here at ARCH Orthodontics that is responsible for patients'
insurance claims and payments for these claims. I work with patients to answer
insurance questions that they have as they arise. I have been working in the
dental field for the past 3 years. Prior to working in the dental field,
I was a social worker who worked with children and teens for 15 years. I love
working with children and families. Seeing the transformation of smiles is
truly amazing, and this is my favorite thing about working in this field. I
love seeing everyone during treatment, watching smiles change and get bigger as
the treatment moves along.I enjoy listening to the patients' life stories, I
think this is the best part of my day. My job allows me to work in all the
offices with all our doctors, which I love. So I get to see lots of smiling
faces when I am in different offices. I was born & raised in Westport, MA
and I'm still lucky to live there. On the weekends, you can find me during the
warm months at tractor pulls throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and
Connecticut. When I am not playing with tractors I enjoy time with my nieces
and nephews at the pool.

Belkys
Orthodontic Assistant
I am an orthodontic assistant
and have worked in this office since 2004. I worked in the general dental
field, but after being exposed to the magic of orthodontics, I'm hooked! I love
watching our patient's smiles transform and their confidence increase. Being an
orthodontic assistant has taught me a lot about life. I have learned to
interact with all different personalities and have the pleasure of meeting
people of all ages. I have fun at work every day because I work with such
wonderful, down-to-earth people. I got married in 2008 to the love of my
life, Leon, and we currently live in Hyde Park.

Christine
Scheduling Coordinator
Hello my fellow patients and new comers! I'm the first person to set up the
initial appointment when the patients call our office. My main office is
Brockton, and I also travel to other locations as well. My duties here are to
make sure that our office runs efficiently. I've worked in this field
with ARCH orthodontics for 1 year. My favorite thing about working with ARCH is
that we are not just an orthodontic practice, but we are a family that your
family can always count on. I enjoy putting a smile on my patient's face
and letting them know that I'm here to help them in any way that I can. Our
team here at ARCH orthodontics is great to work with it's like my second home
away from home. We can count always count on each other and I love coming to
work everyday. I'm originally form Somerville MA. Now I live in Carver MA,
where I have lived now for the last 4 years. I've been with my boyfriend Dave
for 9 years and we have a son together named Matthew who's 3. In our family we
have a Doberman pincher named Bella, Blacked capped cacique (bird) named Missy
and a tank full of fish please don't ask for their names because there so many
in there. My hobbies are camping, riding our quads, fishing, and doing fun
activities with my son. I bet you didn't know that I drive a dirt bike.
Cori
Treatment Coordinator
I started at ARCH Orthodontics in October of 2006. I was a Scheduling Coordinator and in January of 2011, I became a Treatment Coordinator. Being a Treatment Coordinator is an amazing job. I get to meet with all of our new patients and go over what their treatment and financial plans will be. I do my best at trying to make their first experience here at ARCH Orthodontics a great one and make them just as excited to come back to our office as we are to have them here! We have wonderful doctors and staff that make working here at ARCH Orthodontics not just a job, but a family. Being able to help our patients achieve a smile that they want and deserve is a very rewarding experience and I am happy to be a part of that! I recently purchased a home in Assonet with my boyfriend Mat and our American Bulldog, Bruin. In my free time I enjoy watching the Boston Bruins, spending as much time with my family as possible (and visiting my Pitbull, Gauge, at my parents house), being with my friends just laughing, enjoying time with Mat and Bruin (trying to tire out his puppy energy!), going out on the boats on Long Pond, reading and working on our new home!

Gail
Treatment Coordinator
As a treatment coordinator, I meet and greet all the new patients and their
parents into the office, discuss and explain their specific treatment plan, and
go over their financial contract. I started working with Dr. Chavez in 1975 and
over the years, I have worked in every aspect of the practice. It is very
rewarding to create beautiful smiles for children as well as adults. I want
everyone to be comfortable and leave with a happy smile! I am married with
three daughters and a Norwich terrier. I love being involved with my community
and volunteer with the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and participate in the
Dana Farber Cancer Walk.
Jen F.
Scheduling Coordinator
A lot of my time is spent behind the front desk welcoming everyone with a
warm and a caring attitude, taking care of patient's scheduling needs,
answering the phone, and many other office duties that come my way. Our
patients are a priority, so I try to be available at all times to assist them
in any way I can. I started ARCH Orthodontics in September of this year, and
I'm so happy to be part of such a excellent practice. We all take pride in
our work and come together to form a successful team that strives to help our
patients attain a beautiful smile and make each visit one of their best
experiences. Even though I am still fairly new, I truly enjoy my position and
look forward to many more years with ARCH Orthodontics. I was born and raised
in Westport, MA, where I still currently reside; the only exception to this is
when I lived in upstate New York for five years next door to my family's dairy
farm. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends,
traveling, shopping, going to the beach and reading a good book.

Jenn G.
Treatment Coordinator
Hello, I'm Jenn, and as our
treatment coordinator I help our patients understand their treatment plan and
the benefits of undergoing orthodontic treatment. I graduated from Mount Saint
Joseph's Academy, and continued my education at University of MA Boston for
business management. After working in the banking industry for
10 years, it's great to finally be a part of a practice I truly believe in. My
son has been a patient here for three years and I wouldn't trust his smile to
anyone but our great team! I have taught dance including ballet, tap,
jazz, and ballroom for many years. I also enjoy going to the gym and spending
quality time with my son, Colin.
Jessica
Orthodontic Assistant
My duties include giving
patients excellent treatment and care and to help patients achieve a beautiful
smile. I've been a dental assistant for 4 years and most recently worked in
oral surgery. I chose to switch to Orthodontics to broaden my horizons in the
dental field. I remember how excited I was to come in to to every appointment
when I had braces and to see the amazing transformation my mouth went through.
I enjoy working with patients of all ages, seeing their beautiful smiles when
the braces come off. I feel lucky to work with a great team of people -
everyone is so friendly and so willing to help! When I'm not at ARCH, I
enjoy cooking and making new recipes and spending time with my family and
friends!
Kennya
Scheduling Coordinator
My duties include answering
phone calls, greeting every patient with a smile, and I make sure all of our
patients feel comfortable by answering any of their questions or
concerns. This is my first time working in the orthodontics field.
One of my good friends at ARCH recommended me to the company and it feels
great to work with people who are more than just your co-workers but also a
small family. My favorite part about working here is getting to know all our
wonderful patients and seeing the final results. Hyde Park is my home office
and it is full of fun and exciting people. We are always willing to go above
and beyond for our patients. I was born and raised in Dorchester, MA, however I
do have Latino roots as both my parents are from Guatemala. Outside of work I
enjoy spending time with family, friends and making the best out of life.
Kelsey
Sterilization Technician
As a sterilization technician, my job is to keep the office clean, prepare
instruments, and help the doctors and assistants as much as possible. Meeting
new patients is the highlight of my day and I love seeing their smiles slowly
come together. The people I work with are fantastic! They are awesome at what
they do and deeply care about each other and every patient. We are a wonderful
team! I was born and raised in Boston and live with my black cat named
Willy. I enjoy drawing and painting, listening to music, reading, and spending
time with my great friends.

Keri
Treatment Coordinator
Hi, I'm Keri. I see patients from the beginning to the end of their
appointments and review their treatment and financial plans, answering any
questions they may have along the way. We have great patients who I love to get
to know and see on a regular basis. Creating beautiful smiles is a bonus!
There's never a dull moment in our office and we all love to laugh and have
fun! I have a fiance, Mike and a son named Drew, and most of my free time
is spent with my family.
Lee
Treatment Coordinator
As a scheduling coordinator and receptionist, I am usually the first person to
greet our patients when they come into the office. Getting to know our patients
is very important to me. I really enjoy talking with them and learning about
their interests and lives. I love working in orthodontics because I feel that
we are not only improving our patients' smiles, but their lives as well. Those
who love their smiles show them off more and the more you smile the better you
feel! I love spending time with my family, and all my children got their
beautiful smiles at ARCH! I love sports and I am one of the biggest Patriots
fans around! I have a room completely dedicated to them and I never miss a
game!
Lucy
Office Manager
I am the office manager for all seven of our locations. I started working at
ARCH over 15 years ago when I was still in high school! I am very close to all
out team member and can honestly say that we are a family. We include each
other in our personal lives which I feel shows through in the way that we treat
our patients. They become part of our family, too! If I'm able to make one
thing in their daily lives a little bit easier, that makes my day! It can be as
simple as changing an appointment or making someone feel more comfortable when
in our office.
I am originally from Azores, Portugal, and have lived in Massachusetts since 1989. My husband's name is Cliff and we have a daughter named Stella.

Melissa
Treatment Coordinator
As a treatment coordinator, I have the pleasure of meeting with all our new
patients and their parents with their treatment and financial plans. For the
past 14 years I have enjoyed being a part of creating beautiful and healthy
smiles. Our doctors and staff all have great personalities and contribute to
our practice in many different, creative, and exceptional ways. I feel that we
all make a positive impact on our patients' lives.
I just moved to South Boston from Easton where I grew up. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, reading, and spending time with my wonderful family and friends.

Naomi

I joined the practice in 1999, and have been here for 13 years. I love teeth
and my favorite part of working here is being able to work with all of the kids
that come here. I love getting to know each and every one of the patients that
come into our offices. It makes me feel good when the patients include me in
their personal lives and keep me updated with their current events. The ARCH
Orthodontic Crew is my second family. I am originally from Raynham and have
lived here all my life. I have two sons Austin-17 and Brody-3. In my spare

Patty
Treatment Coordinator
I joined ARCH in December, 2010. I am the first person to greet our patients
when they come into our office. I love getting to know our patients and their
families. We discuss their hobbies and how well they do in school. I also try
to make our new patients feel comfortable. Sometimes, you see the fear on the
young kids faces when they are walking in here for the first time. I try
to talk to them personally and maybe get a little smile out of them. Two
of my best friends are dental assistants here and when we would get together,
they would talk about the feeling that they get when they see a child or adult
transform from this shy person, to a person with confidence. This is what
inspired me to work here. I wanted to see that for myself! I wanted to be a
part of something like this. ARCH is one big family and I am proud to be a part
of this team. As much as we care about each other, we do the same for our
patients. I have a four and a half year old daughter and she is the love of my
life. When I am not working, I like going to the gym or relaxing with a
good book.
Rebecca
Dental Assistant
As a dental
assistant, I make sure our patients have healthy teeth, so when their braces
come off, their smiles are as beautiful as possible. I had a great
experience when I had orthodontic treatment, and I knew that I wanted to work
in a profession where I could make a positive difference in people's lives.
Having someone trust you enough to take the best care of them is a great
responsibility, and I am very honored that our patients put their smiles in our
hands.
I am originally from Milton, MA, and have lived in Attleboro since 2007. I enjoy being involved in my community and I volunteer with Elder Care, helping to provide the elderly with affordable dental care.

Shannon
Scheduling Coordinator
As a scheduling coordinator, I answer phones, make appointments, and I assist
any other co-worker with anything they may need to help lighten their
workload. I joined the practice January of 2010, and it was the best
decision I have ever made. The happiness the patients have when they are
through with braces really makes this job worthwhile. If I were to give anyone
any sort of advice, it would be to remember to brush and floss daily, and stay
away from foods that can harm your braces. ARCH Orthodontics is more of a
family than just an orthodontic practice, and we always have so much fun when
we are all together as a group. I love working with each doctor and staff
member. The doctors are the best. They treat every patient and employee with
great respect and care. I was born and raised in Easton, MA. I am a full time
college student at Bridgewater State University studying Early Childhood
Education.
Sarah
Dental Assistant
I have only worked in the orthodontic field for almost a
year. I think braces are very fun to work with. They create smiles for a
lifetime. I volunteer at elder care dental sessions. I have also done
habitat for humanity for my community. I joined the practice in May of
2011. I am only 19 years old. Being so young makes it easier to connect
with the kids my age or even younger that are uneasy about getting braces. It
is even easier to communicate with the younger kids because they see me as one
of them and get more comfortable when they see that I have braces too.
Wendy
Orthodontic
Assistant
Wendy assists the doctors
with procedures, takes diagnostic records and enjoys making patients feel
comfortable. She has been in the Orthodontic field for 24 years, beginning
as a secretary and after seeing the changes braces could make, became an
assistant. She enjoys seeing the patients' final results when the
braces come off and the patient sees their smile. They are so excited.
Wendy truly enjoys working with the doctors and all the staff. Everyone is
so positive and we are a team. Wendy is originally from Marshton
Mills, but now lives in Dennis, MA and she works in the ARCH Orthodontics Cape
locations. She has a husband named Adrian, a stepson, Aaron, and a horse named
Annabelle. She enjoys horseback riding, reading and gardening.
